» I did something this morning I didn’t think I’d ever do: I walked all the way to work from home. Sound like nothing? Hardly — the trek is about 3 to 4 miles. To top it off, I walked back after work. Yes, my knee hurts.
» Hurricane season starts today. The list of 2005’s names start with Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Dennis, Emily, Franklin, and Gert. (Gert?!) A full list of names for the next six years are available at the National Weather Service.
» D.C. Councilmember Adrian Fenty officially announced his bid to be mayor of Washington, D.C. Current mayor, Anthony Williams, has yet to announce whether he will run for a third term, but the longer he to do so, the less likely he will run.
