  Interesting ‘error’ in there on her age. At some point on the show it was said that she was born in 1906- so she would have been only 6 when she met Picasso!

  @Tom: Consider also that the series predates both the interwebz (as we know it today) and the phenomenon of watching an entire TV series in broadcast order on DVD or video tape. The show, like many before it, was full of continuity errors, and few people would have caught on.

  For example, Michael (Dorothy’s son) grows younger as the show progresses. In his first appearance (season 2), he’s 29. In a subsequent appearance, which aired more than one year later (season 3), he’s 23.
