Most commuters won’t feel the effects of Metro’s fare hike until tomorrow. As for me, I get to feel it today. My bus trips aren’t affected since I use SmarTrip, but my rail trip will go up by $0.35 at the least.

Update: My trip from Union Station to Bethesda this morning cost me $1.85. So, um, yeah… OUCH baby!
