My housemates and I were at a car dealership just outside of Gaithersburg yesterday when I noticed this sign. I immediately thought it might be a good candidate for FAIL Blog.

Can anyone tell me why?

I spent the past week in Orlando, the last few days for Bear Bust 2005. Had a pretty decent time, got a few pics I’ll have to go over and post if I feel they’re good enough, and am now sitting at my gate in Orlando International Airport waiting to board my flight home.

It’s all drippy and flashy out now too. Wilma’s coming.

On the way to the airport, I saw a sign on a hotel — I believe it was the Sheraton near Universal Studios — which read:

WBC Protests Rehnquist, by flickrite Fredosan

Apparently, God hates more than just us fags, eh? A small gathering of people from the Westboro Baptist Church are actually protesting against the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist at his funeral, which just happens to be a block from my office. According to their signs, Rehnquist is in Hell and Hurricane Katrina was a good thing. America is still doomed, blah blah blah.

A motorcade of busses is arriving as I post this.

This is going to be a fun day!
